(Calmly) Celebrating 15 years in business
by hosthatch
Calmly, because it's been a hard six months or so due to RAM/NVMe pricing going berserk. But at the same time, HostHatch has grown decently, nearly doubled in revenue compared to the year before, and we've had our hands full with upgrading our existing service stack (network upgrades, new control panel that brings in new features and so on). LET is a huge part of our story, and hence we're here for our yearly anniversary sale. Please see the deals below. These are not as good as the usual Black Friday ones, but they are the best we can do this year with the hardware pricing being where it is at. And these are extremely limited in stock. NVMe plans (London, Amsterdam, Chicago, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, New York, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul) 2 CPU cores (0.5 dedicated core, 1.5 fairly shared cores) ROME/MILAN 4 GB RAM 50 GB NVMe storage 5 TB bandwidth (3 TB in APAC, 1.5TB in Seoul) $35 per year, $95 per 3 years (2X RAM, storage, and bandwidth for 3 year payments) 4 CPU cores (1 dedicated core, 3 fairly shared cores) ROME/MILAN 8 GB RAM 100 GB NVMe storage 10 TB bandwidth (6 TB in APAC, 3TB in Seoul) $65 per year, $170 per 3 years (2X RAM, storage, and bandwidth for 3 year payments) 4 CPU cores (2 dedicated core, 2 fairly shared cores) ROME/MILAN 16 GB RAM 200 GB NVMe storage 25 TB bandwidth (12TB in APAC, 6TB in Seoul) $130 per year, $350 per 3 years (2X RAM, storage, and bandwidth for 3 year payments) Storage plans (Chicago, Los Angeles, Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong) 2 CPU core 2 GB RAM 20 GB NVMe Disk 2 TB RAID-10 HDD Disk 10 TB Bandwidth (3 TB in APAC) $130 per 3 years 4 CPU cores 4 GB RAM 40 GB NVMe Disk 5 TB RAID-10 HDD Disk 35 TB Bandwidth (10TB in APAC) $140 per year, $400 per 3 years (Upgraded for 3 year payments with 1.5x RAM, 2x bandwidth and 1.5x storage) HFC plans (London, Amsterdam, Chicago, Los Angeles, NYC, Seoul, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo) 2 vCPU cores * 5.7 GHz boosted (fair shared) 4 GB RAM 40 GB PCIe Gen5 NVMe 5 TB bandwidth (2 TB in APAC, 1 TB in SEL) $65 per year, $120 per two years (double storage and bandwidth for 2 year payments) 3 vCPU cores * 5.7 GHz boosted (1 dedicated core, 2 shared) 12 GB RAM 100 GB PCIe Gen5 NVMe 10 TB bandwidth (5TB in APAC, 2 TB in SEL) $140 per year, $270 per two years (double storage and bandwidth for 2 year payments) To order, please go to https://cloud.hosthatch.com/sale/current-promotions All sales are final. We cannot change with another service. We do not provide refunds (or credits) for these plans. Please make sure you are absolutely sure before placing an order. What is the setup time? The setup time is 10 working days (2 weeks). Most will get delivered much earlier. Some may get slightly delayed. Please order one of the packages from hosthatch.com directly if immediate provisioning is needed. We cannot offer faster provisioning on special plans. Are smaller plans available? Unfortunately no. Over the past few years, we have adjusted our offerings, to the point where we can maintain very high quality, performance and uptime at a fair price point. We no longer aim for the ultra low spec/price deadpool deals. Is BGP available? Yes, we offer BGP with a $10 USD setup fee per location, and no monthly recurring fee. Is IPv6 available? Routed /64 per VM is available in all locations and can be enabled from the control panel. Are there any other differences between our normal and discounted plans? Yes, primarily our support. It can take several days to resolve issues, especially issues that require complex investigation. Please choose one of the services from hosthatch.com directly for production usage, with access to our normal support queue. Our promotional services are provided at near-cost pricing to fill up excess capacity and should be used accordingly. We also do not offer location migrations and/or other flexibilities on these plans. There is no difference in the quality of the servers itself - as we use the same backend, enterprise hardware and excellent monitoring for all of our services. We run a standardized and redundant Juniper based network in all of our locations, which allows us to deliver excellent uptime and network performance. What networks and datacenters do you use? Please view https://www.hosthatch.com/features/ for Datacenters, looking glasses and test files One of the things that differentiates us from most of the providers here is that we have redundancy at each step. We connect to at least two separate upstreams in each location, so we can be online even if one of our upstreams is completely offline. Ask your provider if they have this. Why is X location/offer not available? We have more excess capacity in some locations as compared to others. Unfortunately, once it is sold out, it is sold out, and we cannot change this. There is a limited amount of capacity available in each location. We don't sell snake oil, we tell you upfront that this is a once a year special offer, that will not be available again any time soon. Can I change my server with the X offer? Unfortunately no. All sales are final, and we cannot offer any changes to them. We cannot replace one pending service with another. We also do not provide any refunds for pending orders. Please make sure you are 100% sure before placing an order, as there is very limited capacity available. These deals will go out of stock at 11:00 CET on 23rd April. Some may be out of stock earlier depending on capacity. If you do not see it on the order form, it is already gone.
Has anyone recently received a response from DDPS.jp? I placed an order, but it has been stuck on βUnder Reviewβ ever since. I have also tried contacting their customer service and submitting support tickets, but so far I have not received any reply. I am not trying to accuse them of anything. I just want to know whether they are still operating normally, experiencing delays, or having some kind of technical or staffing issue. Has anyone successfully placed an order, received a service activation, or heard back from their support team recently? Any updates or recent experiences would be appreciated.
Hello everyone, We're excited to join the LET community and have already received some great interest from members β thank you for the support! As we continue to grow, roll out new features, and expand to additional locations, I thought it would be helpful to create a thread where we can share updates and provide a space for discussions and feedback about our services. We've also set up a Telegram group and channel for those who prefer to chat there. The channel will feature announcements, new features, and promotions. You can join using these links: Community discord server : Onidel Community For our first update, we released PayPal support a few days ago, and we're exploring cryptocurrency payment options next. Additionally, weβre working on integrating rDNS management into our panel, which should be ready by the end of this month. Feel free to comment with any issues, feedback, or suggestions for new features you'd like to see! Cheers!

Hi everyone, I'm new to GPU hosting and could use some advice. A friend is offering me 5 workstations at a good price (RTX 5090s, Ryzen 9950X/7950X/5900X, 64β128 GB RAM, 4β8 TB NVMe). Instead of renting them by the hour on Vast.ai, I'm considering renting each machine to a single customer on a monthly basis. It seems like much less hassle. Is there a market for this? Do people actually look for dedicated GPU workstations, and where do you find those clients? Thanks!

I want to share my experience with DeluxHost so others can avoid them and decide for themselves. I used to hosted all of my personal services (with local backup ofc) on DeluxHost. And as I access my services on web for my day to day work, so reliability was very important to me. About 1β2 months after purchasing my Y-4 VPS, it started constantly getting stuck and becoming inaccessible every 2β3 days. I reported the issue to support and continued using the VPS, hoping they would fix it. I tolerated the repeated freezes for around 3β5 months before finally opening a ticket and asked for refund as the service had become unusable. Instead of processing my refund, DeluxHost kept the ticket open for nearly one months. My refund requests were repeatedly ignored while I was asked to continue troubleshooting. As shown in the attached screenshots, I kept asking for a refund, but they largely avoided addressing it. After a months on 14th July, DeluxHost terminated my Y-4 VPS and told me they issued a refund . However, instead of issuing the refund I had been requesting all along, they generated a new invoice and even attempted to charge my card again for the terminated VPS. Over a week later, I then asked support why I was being billed again for a VPS that had already been terminated and Why the refund hasn't been received in my card. Rather than answering my questions, they terminated my running Storage-2 VPS and issued a refund for that VPS insteadβeven though I had never requested the Storage-2 VPS to be cancelled or refunded. My refund request was always for the Y-4 VPS, I even added screenshot for Y-4 VPS invoice that they tried to charge me. In the end, I spent almost two months chasing a simple refund request while dealing with repeated downtime, ignored questions, confusing billing, and the unexpected termination of another VPS that was actively hosting my personal services. And They still haven't issued refund the VPS I requested for. I cannot recommend DeluxHost based on my experience. If you rely on your VPS for important services, think twice before purchasing from them. My Y-4 VPS froze every 2β3 days for months, making it unreliable for hosting my services. Some friends of mine who also purchased VPSs from DeluxHost have told me they experienced similar freezing issues, although I can only speak from my own experience. TL;DR: 1. My Y-4 VPS started freezing every 2β3 days after 1β2 months of use. I tolerated it for another 3β5 months while repeatedly asking support to fix it. 2. When the service became unusable, I requested a refund. 3. DeluxHost kept my refund request open for nearly a month, repeatedly ignoring my refund requests while asking me to continue troubleshooting. 4. They eventually terminated my Y-4 VPS, but instead of refunding it, they generated a new invoice and attempted to charge my card again for the terminated VPS. 5. When I asked why I was being billed again and why I had not received the refund, they ignored my questions, and deleted my other STORAGE-2 VPS. 6. In the end, they terminated/refunded my Storage-2 VPS, which I never asked to cancel or refund, causing me to lose all of my data and the personal services hosted on it. 7. I still have not received the refund for the Y-4 VPS that I originally requested after 2 months of troubles . 8. Based on my terrible experience, I don't recommend to buy from DeluxHost. Screenshot of Ticket conversation Email screenshots (they tried to charge me for terminated VPS) Email screenshots (Terminated/Refunded a VPS which I never asked for) β οΈ Beware of DeluxHost's shady business practices β οΈ
Buttplug.io is an open source free software interface that allows you to talk to your sex toys basically, it supports around 1k sex toys and devices currently. The list is growing thanks to sexy people like you! I want to host a public instance of it. It is surprisingly efficient so I dont need a big server I got kicked from a couple of hosts for having this and they said stuff like "You will burn in hell for this" and "What the fuck is wrong with you" and "I have called the police, stop harrasing me i will not add my buttplug into your app." DDoS protection is a must Thank you for your help
Iβm interested to know how non-EU provider (cloud/hosting and even domain registrars) with server locations and services for customers in the EU will handle the issue of "electronic evidence in criminal proceedings," which comes into force in the EU for all providers on August 18, 2026. https://eur-lex.europa.eu/EN/legal-content/summary/electronic-evidence-in-criminal-proceedings.html I haven't seen any discussion about it somewhere and many non EU providers just seems to ingore it which will bring them into huge troubles as they can freeze assets, take down servers for non compliance etc.

Hello everyone, I am looking for a reliable VPS located in Germany or elsewhere in Western Europe. My requirements are: Location: Germany preferred; Netherlands, France, Belgium, or Ireland would also be fine Budget: ideally β¬1β2/month, but up to approximately β¬4/month if the provider and network quality are significantly better CPU: at least 2 vCPU RAM: at least 2GB, preferably 4GB Storage: at least 40GB SSD/NVMe Network: 1Gbps port preferred Traffic: preferably high or unmetered traffic with a clearly documented Fair Use Policy IPv4: 1 IPv4 address required Virtualization: KVM preferred OS: Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 or the ability to install a custom ISO Root access required Intended use: Private family self-hosting Docker-based web/API services A private media streaming application NNTP traffic to a European Usenet provider I currently have access to a very inexpensive German VPS offer at around β¬1/month with 2 CPU cores, 4GB RAM, 64GB SSD, Frankfurt location and included traffic (1Blu Eco VPS). However, I am particularly interested in hearing whether there are providers with better documented traffic limits, better uptime, or more reliable KVM infrastructure. Would spending up to β¬4/month provide a meaningful improvement for this use case, or would the cheaper German VPS be sufficient? Thank you very much in advance
