User is having issues with calendars that users have previously shared to them, or they have because of Shared Mailboxes etc. So, I'm wanting to easily find a way who the owner is of those calendars. As far as I'm aware there is no feature like this inside of the GUI on any 365 Admin Center. I've tried a few Powershell commands such as Get-EXOMailboxFolderPermission -Identity UPN:\Calendar - This command obviously only outputs the User's owned calendars, and not if it is shared. Plus there is 100 Mailboxes within the tenant. Is there any way to figure this out? submitted by /u/ArmyCommander6948 [link] [comments]

I manage a small customer support team and I answer the exact same questions from new staff members. We have written instructions but people either can't find them or they're already outdated. Updating everything manually is becoming a job of its own. Has anyone used an AI SOP generator that actually makes creating and maintaining SOPs easier? submitted by /u/No_Edge8867 [link] [comments]

Hello everyone, First of all: This issue occurs on two separate ThinkPad L14 Gen 4 laptops. So, onto the actual problem: We had some L14 Gen 4 units sitting in storage that we needed, so we unpacked them, charged the batteries, set the date and time, and applied our Windows image. After that completed, we ran Lenovo System Update (as always) and installed all required and recommended updates (including BIOS, Intel firmware, etc.). After the updates finished, the system rebooted, and from that point on, the Intel I219-V Ethernet interface stopped working. In Device Manager, the status shows: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" , and in the UEFI, the internal MAC address is listed as 00-00-00-00-00-00. The issue is identical on both devices. What we have tried so far to resolve the issue: BIOS/UEFI reset (via the emergency reset hole, via "Restore Factory Defaults", and by removing both the CMOS battery and internal battery for several minutes while holding down the power button). A clean Windows installation does not change the outcome. Reinstalling all drivers individually from Lenovo and running Lenovo System Update again does not fix it either. I found an Intel tool meant to clear and rebuild the Ethernet module's NVRAM/flash memory. However, it refuses to run, claiming a missing 2023 Secure Boot certificate even though the certificate is present in the BIOS/UEFI. Both were brand new, factory-sealed devices before this, but they had been in storage for a while, so the warranty has expired. Side note: Wi-Fi works fine, and LAN works without issues when connected via a docking station. Does anyone have any ideas? Could this be a corrupted/defective update from Lenovo? It can't be a coincidence that the exact same problem occurred on two separate, independent devices. submitted by /u/FkGamingFX [link] [comments]

Hello, I have entered the company couple of months ago, and the current state is that MSP is basically managing everything. I am completely handicapped at anything I want to do, each change, disk resize, new VM, configuration, has to go per email via MSP. I want to change this. We are a small team, like 2 people of infra. Environment is 8 ESXI + Azure. I basically wanted to take over ESXI from MSP, but my boss says he doesn't want us to do any ESXi or vCenter upgrades, that should remain in the hands of the MSP. Agree. I am now trying to come up with a list of "What do I need" for daily business and continuous optimizations, that I can stop writing 10 emails daily to change this or that... My boss basically wants following MSP managed: Hardware/Firmware/ESXi/vCenter updates and patches Storage-Array-Administration Adding/Removing hosts (not really happening daily, but anyway) Configuring networking links (also doesn't change very often) Capacity planing on the cluster-level. I am fine with that. I want though at least: Everything around VMs (create, change, delete, clone, snapshots...) Resource Pool Management vMotion / DRS accessibility and ability to configure, affinity + anti-affinity Templates / Clones Read-Access on host/cluster performance in vcenter (per-vm, per-host, per-cluster performance tab in vcenter, tasks&events) esxtop/resxtop - not really used, but I've read about it. msp would probably hard push back around ssh/console access to the hypervisors. could be helpful while troubleshooting performance. Also should be able to use RVTools. How do you see my list, am I missing some very important things? And do you see this doable without giving us (the company, or me) full administration rights in vcenter? I have never worked with RBAC in ESXi, so have no idea what roles are there, only ever had full access in vCenter. So the question is, do you see it as a requirement, basically, for the tasks I want? When you check request samples in appinsights, it doesnt seem to be possible to open sample detail in a new tab. I would oftentimes find this very useful when I need to swiftly analyze traces. Is there a way around it? submitted by /u/PresenceLonely4847 [link] [comments]

Hy fellas, Started this as it was time we had 1 thread for all HOST-C stuff related. Welcome all, trolling, memes or whatever is allowed, heck, even welcomed . All in the limits of LET Rules Next.. I will start with a thank you for choosing HOST-C. Here is an insight for the first part of 2025: Another Payment Gateway ( no crypto, at least for the first part of 2025 ) Captcha - a more normal version then the one currently used rDNS in User Panel A new location for IPV6 only deals + a new location for higher speeds TOS will get some updates - these will be sent out via e-mail to all customers A decent website A lot of tweeks in products, pricing and product flexibility Dyson Sphere will be made a always available product ( well, as much as possible / location ) Now, for the rest of 2024, we will do some minor tweaks to server performance, might have to take a few nodes or VPS offline for a few minutes, as CPU or RAM is not hot-swap capable. I wish to underline to everyone that we are no DMCA ignore , that term is pretty widely interpreted as PORN, Shady Stuff over the internet and other, some might got this idea as I am from Romania and some of my fella providers endorsed this type of activity in the past or still do, I will gladly disappoint some in this statement . Whatever you publish must follow this rule, whatever you store, that is not our business. Short version of TOS can be found here, each subject has a revision number and date when it was published, as we update it, version number changes so is the date. https://host-c.com/knowledgebase/2/Terms-and-Services I wish to thank those that trusted/trust us with whatever data they have ( regardless of the type ) . Get your self prepared, more to come. As usual, if you have any questions, shoot. HOST-C

What are some good current offers with the config in the subject? For the GB6 score, I mean the official score for the relevant CPU, of course if it's shared cores it may not be the same. Anywhere in Europe would be fine but Northern Europe even better. Thanks in advance.

It's called CloudTerm. Free, no account, no subscription, no "contact sales" button. (We're CloudBlast, we do VPS hosting. This isn't an offer, we're not selling anything, we just built a thing and figured this crowd would actually use it.) Basically it's SSH + SFTP + RDP + VNC + serial + port forwarding in one window, so you can stop running PuTTY, WinSCP and mstsc side by side like it's 2009. What's in it: SSH, telnet and serial, tabs and split panes SFTP over the connection you already opened, drag and drop RDP and VNC in a pane Port forwards, local, remote and SOCKS5, with live traffic counters Jump hosts, proxies, 2FA, auto reconnect when your laptop wakes up Encrypted vault for keys and passwords Imports your ~/.ssh/config , or your old PuTTY, KiTTY and MobaXterm sessions + Exports Available Genuinely useful for organising the 40 idle VPSes you swear you're going to use. AI Lovers There's an optional AI panel too. It runs on the Claude Code or Codex login you already have, so we're not reselling you tokens or hoovering up your sessions. Hate AI? Ignore it, nothing else breaks. Free cloud sync, and we actually mean free. Your hosts, folders, keys, snippets and settings are encrypted on your machine and synced to a CloudBlast account, so a new laptop is a login instead of an evening of copying things around. You don't need to be a customer. You don't need a single active server with us. There's no paid tier of it waiting to upsell you later. It's also completely optional, the app works offline and won't nag you about it. This is something we offer as Hosting Provider to promote the use of the terminal. Windows, macOS (Intel + ARM), Linux AppImage: https://github.com/BradPerbs/cloudterm/releases Small print, because someone will ask: Not code signed yet, so SmartScreen and Gatekeeper will yell at you Licence is fair-code, not OSI open source. Free to use, read and modify, even at work. Just don't sell it or bake it into something you charge for. Roast it. I'd rather hear it here than not hear it at all.

This article explores an alternative to directly troubleshoot production Linux systems with AI tools by using the sos command and using AI to analyze sosreports instead. I think is an interesting read: https://medium.com/@linuxjedi2000/the-agentic-ai-risk-issue-on-linux-environments-fd5c55cedcc5?sharedUserId=linuxjedi2000 I know that this subject is very controversial and would love to read your point of view on the subject. submitted by /u/jlrueda [link] [comments]

A logical outcome of what we've been recently seeing in AI's breaking out and attacking other environments, is that companies are going to eventually design their own AI departments for offensive purposes. We even saw this somewhat hypothetically in the remakes of the Deus Ex games, where corporations attacked other corporations in various ways. So when the day comes where another company's AI department attacks your company... what are you going to do? How long will it take for the law to catch up? How will you be able to even prove what happened? How will you prove it in a court of law? Will you even have an employer to wake up to the next day? What are you going to do? submitted by /u/BloodyIron [link] [comments]

I'm writing this out of pure rage and total desperation right now. I run a small business, and Google Support’s absolute incompetence just completely wrecked my operations. Because of their broken promises, my company’s cash flow got frozen hard enough that I was late on payroll, and one of my key employees literally quit over it. Here’s the nightmare I’ve been dealing with for the past month: Back in late June, I had an accidental 3-year Compute Engine Flexible commitment charge hit my account for about $12,100 (16.3M KRW). On June 30th / July 5th, a support rep named Merilyn confirmed IN WRITING (Case 72227473) that internal teams canceled the commitment and processed a 100% full refund. Great, right? Wrong. While waiting for the bank to clear the credit, the reps suddenly swapped out. A new agent jumped in and basically went, "Yeah, about that... we reviewed it again and the best we can do is a 50% waiver ($6,050) as a one-time courtesy," and tried to mark the ticket as resolved. When I replied with screenshots and the exact case ID where Merilyn explicitly promised a 100% full refund, they just started playing hot potato with my ticket. Eksha, Janna, Farha, Asad Ali—I’ve been handed off to a new person every few days. Every single reply is a canned template saying "the previous agent is out of office" or "specialized teams are looking into it, please wait 24-48 hours." Meanwhile, I’m sitting here with over $6,500 of my own cash already charged to my credit card and stuck in limbo. Google officially confirmed a full refund in writing, reversed their decision when a new rep took over, and now they're just stalling while my business suffers real financial and operational damage. Has anyone ever dealt with Google pulling a bait-and-switch on a written refund commitment? How on earth do I get this escalated past these front-line support reps to someone with an actual brain and authority to fix this?Any advice or upvotes to get some visibility on this would mean the world to me. Thanks guys. TL;DR: 1. Accidental $12k GCP charge in June; support (Merilyn) promised 100% refund IN WRITING. 2. New reps took over, went back on their word, and capped refund at 50%. 3. My cash is locked up, payroll got delayed, and an employee literally quit. Now stuck in a support loop. Need help escalating! submitted by /u/No-Brick8275 [link] [comments]

Hi, I'm 27, new to AWS services for hosting my app backend.. I have worked 4 years in the IT industry and never touched the cloud side of the development, only worked on backend.... I am planning to use elasticache serverless with valkey, and AWS lambda as well, my db will be in supabase... Now , I've heard about the insane bills shocks that people faces when using serverless, also heard about AWS budgets where you can control them, but are there other methods to save me from shocks ? Can I put hard limits ? Please give me your suggestions, any help will be super vital, I'm planning to deploy by EOD .... Thankyou.♥️ submitted by /u/Exotic_Jury_9646 [link] [comments]

Their website call it “Scheduled Maintenance”, but the affected services, including the backup system, have been unavailable since the problem started and still do not seem to be working properly. They are also refusing to offer refunds. I honestly wonder whether CloudCone is still able to provide the services it advertises, or whether “Scheduled Maintenance” has simply become a way of describing services that are no longer working.

I'm trying to get a better understanding of university entry requirements in Australia. Is an ATAR of 80 generally enough to get into most universities, or does it depend more on the course and institution? From what I've researched, an ATAR of 80 appears to be competitive for many undergraduate programs, but courses such as Medicine, Dentistry, and some Law or Engineering degrees often require much higher selection ranks. I also understand that adjustment factors and alternative entry pathways can make a difference. To estimate where I currently stand, I've been using ATARCalculator.net , which has been useful for getting a rough idea of my potential ATAR based on my study scores. Of course, it's only an estimate, so I'm interested in hearing from students who have already received their final results. **For those who have been through the admissions process: ** * What ATAR did you achieve? * Which university and course did you get into? * Was your ATAR enough for your first preference? * Did adjustment factors or alternative pathways help you receive an offer? I'd really appreciate hearing some real experiences. It would be helpful to know whether an ATAR of 80 is enough for most Australian universities or if students should aim higher depending on their chosen degree.

I built a project using FastAPI for the backend, Vite for the frontend UI, Next.js for the admin panel, and MySQL as the database. The project is deployed on AWS EC2 with 2 GB RAM and 1 Gunicorn worker . The issue is that when I run the project locally in VS Code using the same MySQL database as the deployed server, everything works perfectly. However, on the AWS server, it does not work properly. The third-party API integrations collect data successfully, but my own APIs, such as login and search history , do not work and eventually return a timeout error .
